Snappy Claude Code Accelerator

Three private sessions inside your repo.

One week, three private 1:1 sessions, one outcome you pick on day one. We work in your repo with Claude Code, and the setup stays yours when the week ends.

What the week includes

A private week inside your actual repo.

Three working sessions in your actual repo, scoped to one outcome you pick on day one.

Three 60-minute private sessions

Just you and me. Screen share, your repo open, Claude Code running. No group calls. No async-only Slack.

Work happens in your codebase

We open the project you are actually trying to ship and make progress on it. Real commits, real PRs, real CI.

A Claude Code setup that survives the week

CLAUDE.md, skills, hooks, MCP wiring tuned to your repo. You keep all of it after the week ends.

One concrete outcome you pick on day one

A blocker resolved, a feature shipped, an agent loop that actually runs. We pick it in session one and aim every minute at it.

The week

Three sessions, one arc.

We pick the days together. Most weeks land Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Session 1

Open the repo. Pick the target.

I read your code with you. We name the one outcome for the week and rip the first blocker out together. You leave with Claude Code wired to your repo.

Session 2

Build the loop that does the work.

Mid-week. We turn the manual thing you keep redoing into a skill, hook, or agent loop. You watch me build it and then drive it yourself before we hang up.

Session 3

Ship it. Lock the patterns in.

End of week. We finish the outcome, write the CLAUDE.md that keeps it working, and walk the next two weeks of work so you keep going without me.

Who this is for

Built for one kind of person.

A technical founder or developer with a real codebase, stuck shipping with agents, ready to spend a focused week unsticking it.

Good fit
  • You have a real codebase you are trying to ship, not a tutorial project.
  • You have used Claude Code (or Cursor, or an agent IDE) and hit a wall.
  • You can read a diff, run a test, open a PR. You ship code.
  • You want one focused week, not a 6-week cohort or a Discord to lurk in.
Not the right fit
  • You have never opened a terminal.
  • You want a course you watch on 2x speed.
  • You want me to build something for you while you watch; this is hands-on with your code.
  • You are evaluating this for a 50-person team rollout (book a normal call instead).
What to bring

Four things, ready by Monday.

If you have these in place, we use minute one on the work, not on setup.

  • Repo access (GitHub, GitLab, or local: your call).
  • A working dev environment on your machine.
  • One sentence describing the outcome you want by Friday.
  • Claude Code installed, or willingness to install it in session one.

Start with the fit call.

Book a short call first. I want to make sure this is the right shape for you before you pay. If it is a fit, the private week is a fixed $900 for three 1:1 sessions.

FAQ

Questions before the call.

Is this 1:1 or a group?

Private 1:1. Just you and me on every call. Nothing is shared with other clients.

How is this different from ongoing consulting?

Ongoing work is open-ended. This is a fixed-scope, fixed-price week with a specific outcome. If you want help past the week, we scope that together on a call.

Do you write the code, or do I?

You drive. I sit next to you (over screen share) and steer Claude Code with you. The goal is that you can keep going on Monday without me.

What if my codebase is messy?

That is the normal case. Messy real code is exactly what this is for. Bring it as-is.

What if we cannot finish the outcome in one week?

We pick a smaller outcome on day one specifically so we can. If something blocks us, you leave with the diagnosis and the plan, and we can extend if you want more time.

What happens after I book the call?

We make sure the week is a fit, pick the target outcome, and schedule the three private sessions. If it is not the right shape, I will say so before you pay.
