No. You bring the business knowledge, I bring the tools, and we build it together. Think of it as a calculator that is very good at your work, one you can check. You will leave more capable, not more confused.

Is it a small group or just me?

Both are on offer. The small group is a handful of people in one focused week, each working on their own business. Want it fully private and faster? The 1:1 week is there for that.

Do you build it for me, or do I?

We build it together. I sit with you over screen share, you bring what only you know about your business, and by the end you can keep going on your own. WITH you, not for you.

What if my situation is a mess?

That is the normal case, and it is exactly what this is for. Bring it as it is. We pick one real outcome and make it work.

What happens on the first call?

We make sure it is a fit and pick the outcome you want by Friday. If it is not the right thing for you yet, I will tell you. The first session is free either way.

We sit down with the work you actually do and name the one outcome for the week. Then we make the first real dent in it together, the same day.

02Session 2

Build the thing that does the work for you.

Mid-week. We take the task you keep redoing by hand and build a tool that does it for you. You watch it come together, then you run it yourself before we hang up.

03Session 3

Finish it. Make it stick.

End of week. We finish the outcome, set things up so they keep working, and map the next two weeks so you keep moving without me.
